Calling all aspiring marathoners! Supercharge your preparation for the Bangkok Midnight Marathon by joining the Workshop: Road to Marathon 2025 with Decathlon Thailand.

- Find Out If You're In! The list of the 200 selected individuals will be announced on October 14, 2025, at 3:00 PM (via Decathlon Thailand Facebook & Instagram).

*The selection will be made via a random draw from all eligible applicants, and the committee's decision is considered final.

Coach Athipatr Panichakarn

Learn from the Best: A Coach with Proven Success!

You'll receive essential knowledge and understanding on marathon preparation from a coach with proven competitive success.

The coach is a former national-level swimmer (competing in events like the National Games), who went on to dominate in cycling and running events, including:

- 1st Place at the Standard Distance Bangsaen Triathlon in 2017.

- 1st Place at the Standard Distance Bangsaen Triathlon in 2018 (Two-Time Champion).

- 10th Place Overall at the competitive IM 70.3 Xiamen (6th in Swim, 10th in Bike, 10th in Run)—this marked their first international Ironman award.

2. Free Marathon Training Program

Registration and Selection

- Registration for this activity is open from October 1 - 10.
- The list of all 200 selected participants will be announced on the Facebook page Decathlon Thailand and IG (Instagram).
- The announcement will be made on October 14, 2568 (2025) at 3:00 PM.

*We will randomly select the lucky winners from all applicants. The team's decision is final.

Special Training Program

The special training program by Coach Athipatr Panichakarn will be divided into two cycles (4 weeks per cycle) and includes the following sessions:

1. Stretching (October 18 and November 15)
Learning stretching techniques to be used before and after running to help reduce injury and increase running efficiency.

Locations:
-Workshop on October 18: Decathlon Bangna
- Workshop on November 15: Decathlon Decathlon Bangyai

2. Nutrition (October 25 and November 22)
Knowledge about nutrition for runners, covering before, during, and after a run, for proper physical recovery and energy boosting.

Locations:
- Workshop on October 25: Decathlon Bangna
- Workshop on November 22: Decathlon Bangyai

3. City Run (November 1 and November 29)
A city running activity bringing together runners from the Decathlon Running Club and Kiprun Club.

Route: The City Run starts at Decathlon Rama 4 and runs to Benchakitti Park. *Schedule will be announced later.*

4. Tempo Run (November 8 and December 6)
Content: Pace and speed training to develop endurance and increase real-world running performance.

Location: Thephasadin Stadium on both November 8 and December 6.
