Look at the KD900X LD and Reviews from Influencers
The launch date for the KD900X LD is approaching, which is September 29, 2024. Let’s take an in-depth look at each part of this running shoes and explore what makes this model special, including the materials used and how it can help runners improve their performance like never before.
The weight of the shoes ranks them among the top lightest Super Shoes. The upper fabric provides excellent breathability. The foam is not too soft or too thick, which ensures high stability. The shoes are highly responsive to speed — whenever you press, they respond instantly. The outsole has great traction, even on wet surfaces.
Light, soft, and bouncy feel — exactly what you'd expect from Supershoes. You can easily take them for a marathon, and they will definitely support you.
Today, I tried an easy run and then a 200-meter sprint. Right away, I could feel that these shoes are much more suited for high-speed running. When I lifted my feet higher and focused more on forefoot striking, I felt the shoes become one with my feet. I'm confident that these shoes are truly designed for speed. They handle interval and tempo training extremely well.
The main advantage is its light weight, around the low 200s (they claim 207 grams for size 8 US). Plus, it now has a 4mm drop (32.8mm at the forefoot, 36.8mm at the heel). Anyone familiar with low-drop shoes knows they’re great for quick, efficient strides, and that’s exactly the case here. When running at a pace of 5-6 or faster, the foam feels firm and highly responsive.
After trying them on, aside from the light weight, I personally felt that they were more comfortable and had a wider toe box than I expected. When landing on the midfoot, I could clearly feel the softness and responsiveness of the midsole. I’m not a fast runner, but from trying them out on an easy short run, I still enjoyed running in them. I also took a moment to test them at higher speeds, and I felt that the shoes did a good job of propelling me forward. I think those who are faster runners will be able to fully unleash the shoes' potential.
First of all, the weight is impressive; size 9 US is just over 200 grams.
Secondly, the shoe's shape is designed for speed. Looking at the pictures, it might not seem suitable for wide feet, but my feet aren’t as wide as 2E, and I can wear them comfortably without needing to size up.
Thirdly, it features a full carbon plate—let me emphasize, a full plate—which makes rolling through strides feel effortless. I tried running at different speeds, from slow to fast, and I could control it all. Today, I also tested them on wet surfaces because of the rain, and the rubber outsole had excellent grip with no slipping. They really are that good.
At moderate speeds, such as an easy run at a pace in the high 4s to low 5s, the shoes respond well and provide stability and confidence. You can glide along effortlessly without exerting too much effort. When running at higher speeds, you can feel the propulsion and bounce from the full carbon plate that helps return energy
