You might be confused about these different types, wondering what you’ll find at each one. In this article, we’ll explain everything for you. We’ll let you know all about the different types of Decathlon Thailand stores, and what you can expect to find at each one.

Types of Decathlon Thailand Stores

1. Experience Stores

Decathlon experience stores are our main stores, which stock the full range of over 5,000 products for more than 60 sports. You can try every product before you buy, with fitness showrooms, skateboarding and rollerblading zones, and an endless supply of display products for you to check out. If you want to test out equipment like cardio fitness machines, bicycles and punching bags, these are the stores for you. You can also find display models of SUP boards and kayaks, so you can check out their features and sizing before you decide to buy.

Some of these stores are located inside shopping malls, such as Tesco Lotus’s. They accept cash payment, as well as a wide range of other methods. If you don’t carry cash, you can always pay by card, QR, bank transfer, TrueMoney or Shopee Pay.

If you don’t want to wait in the queue to pay, you can use our self checkout to complete your purchase quickly and easily.

2. Standalone Stores

Our standalone stores are another type of experience store, which take the sports shopping experience to the next level.

These stores aren’t confined to shared locations. They’re outside, with their own dedicated car park, and even a sports playground!

These sports playgrounds offer a range of facilities, including courts for badminton and basketball, racks for weightlifting, and much more. Some of our standalone stores even have a boxing ring and punching bags! You can find them at Decathlon Chiang Mai, Decathlon Phuket, Decathlon Rama 2, and Decathlon Bangna.

Our Decathlon Rama 2 store even has a running track, as well as a pump track for cycling, skating and scootering! This branch is the biggest in Thailand, with even more to offer.

These stores are community hubs for sports lovers. They offer free sports classes, which are available to all Decathlon members. You can join classes like Zumba, boxing, Muay Thai, yoga, basketball, football and more! You can also book the playground to come and work out at any time that’s convenient for you. At these stores, you’ll also find special sport activities, games and competitions.

3. Click & Collect Stores

Decathlon Click & Collect stores are the best places for those who need sports products on-the-go.

If you want to order online but don’t want to wait for delivery, you can order for click and collect and pick up at your chosen location in just 2 hours! Just show your order number to our staff when you arrive. This service is completely free!

These stores are smaller, with a reduced range of sports products that are carefully selected to suit the needs of the local community. These products are frequently rotated, so the range adapts to changing needs, following trends and seasons. However, our full range of over 5,000 sports products is still available to you when you order online and choose to pick up at your nearest click and collect store.

It’s important to note that our click and collect stores are cashless. There are other payment methods available, including credit/debit cards, bank transfer and QR.
