Yoga will give you tighter abs, and more sculpted arms and legs. By holding these isometric poses, you’ll challenge your muscles, work up a sweat, and feel stronger in no time. But you don’t have to be strong to start out. If you find certain poses too challenging, you can always scale them down with adaptations that suit your body. With regular practice, you’ll be able to work up to more advanced poses.
